Always great service! Most of the staff members are friendly and curteous. Sure, there are a few that are less so, but they aren't by any means rude, just focused on doing their jobs. One of the pharmacists knows my name and is always so cheery and caring. I have only had one bad experience there in 10 years and they addressed it when I brought it to their attention. I love this pharmacy!

I feel like the bad reviews for Smiths is Walgreens fault. They are such a mess that so many people are switching over to Smiths and causing an over flow. They have always gone above and beyond for us.

The Pharmacy in Smith's is by far the best pharmacy in Utah! I was having trouble with getting a hold of my Dr. to switch to the generic brand of my medication. I was pretty stressed that my phone calls we're not being responded to by the Dr. office... Thinking I'm probably going to be stuck paying for a atrocious amount of money and not be able to get the generic brand as soon as I needed. Austin in the pharmacy did some looking around for coupons and got me an amazing deal on my med. I was so grateful! He was so polite and so attentive and patient. The reason why that pharmacy is busy is because no one can top their customer service and diligence. What an amazing staff!

The pharmacy workers are so nice I was helped by Marlene she was so sweet and despite how busy they where she was patient with me and all my questions. There was a pretty long line but it went by pretty fast. After reading others reviews on this place I think some people just looking for something to complain about.

They have good items and sales, decent customer service and fast checkout especially compared to Lee's market haha the cashiers there are nice but talk for several minutes especially if it's someone they know and they move slow though they've improved that a bit and it's so pricey there. I like they Smith's takes my Select Health food card.
